Coach Ariana, born and raised in Tampa, Florida, began her lacrosse career at STS and was a founding member of the inaugural club team at Plant High School. Following high school, she became the first girl from Tampa to play NCAA lacrosse. During her time at Rollins College, her team made two NCAA semi-final appearances and consistently ranked in the top 10 of Division II.
After college, Ariana was named the inaugural head coach at the Academy of the Holy Names. Starting with completely inexperienced players, she built the program to achieve multiple district championships and regional appearances, and guided many players to become NCAA commits, USA Lacrosse All Americans, college club players and coaches. Since the early years of Tampa lacrosse, Ariana has dedicated her efforts as a player and coach to the growth and development of the girls' game, while encouraging young women to pursue collegiate athletics.
